Cozy place!

I enjoyed my stay at this private unit! It came with most things that I needed and the property owners were very accommodating. There is laundry onsite, but you will need to go outside of your unit to do it. Overall, it was one of my best stays. I definitely recommend!

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay in a quiet safe neighberhood. Owner was nice enough to let me park my motorcycle in the driveway. It was nicer than the studio apartments I stayed in because it was much larger and had a living room with a couch and TV. I am a travel nurse and worked right across the street at Clovis Community Medical Center. This is a perfect place to stay for someone working there. Owner was attentative to all my needs and always asked me if there was anythin I needed.

This property is wonderful! It is secure and clean, and the neighbor is quite. CCMS is just across the street. So, you don't really need a car. But, M. has parking right in her driveway. M & T are very friendly. If you need anything M is right there. I can't say enough good things about this lovely space. I would highly recommend this space.

My favorite place to stay!!!

Well, the property speaks for itself. I fell in love with this attached private unit that is fully furnished!!. The property owners, T and M, were so nice and very friendly and accommadating. If there was anything that you needed they provided promptly. I never had to worry about anything. I worked at CCMC which was walking distance around the corner, then across Herndon to CCMC. I stayed there for 6 months. If I was to ever work in Clovis, CA again, I would certainly, without hesitation, look up this property and rent AGAIN!!! The property is secured with a locked gate and to obtained the keys via lock box, and on the other side of the garge is access to laundry (W/D) facilty, on property. The neighborhood is safe and clean, Thank you so very much T and M.
