Cozy Basement Apartment

Short stay turned long

Mr Menelik and Ms E were better than standard landlords and treated me like family! I'm originally from this area and finally came back to work hospitals in my home town. Initially I just wanted to be home for the Christmas holiday of 2023 but I almost stayed two years! It's close to everything within the DMV for social activities and work. From Doctors Hospital, Southern MD, and even St Agnes I was only a 30 min drive (nigh shift) for work. And only 45 mins from Johns Hopkins University hospital downtown Baltimore. The safety of this apartment is bar none, the neighborhood is literally out of movie you can leave doors unlocked and neighbors actually look out for each other. I was also able to travel and spend time away from my apartment with ease knowing Mr Menelik and Ms E were watching over the house. And vice versa, we looked out for each other.

The bestest place ever

M and E are the best ever!!! They answer emails or texts within an hour. They are available for any issues that may arise and are very personable and friendly. Knowing that I am a traveling nurse they do check up on you to make sure everything is ok; especially if they do not see your vehicle for a couple days. They are very helpful with ideas of things to do in the area. The apartment is very well kept and has an amazing view from the porch. There is also a 3 mile trail in the back yard. If I were to relocate to Maryland I would love to rent this apartment for a long-term. It is just amazing to stay here !!!
