Master Bedroom has a large bathroom. Lots of large windows for plenty of natural sunlight. Covered front porch to enjoy nice river breezes and large back deck for grilling and added outdoor privacy. Deposit is based on the Worry Free Waiver.

Quiet and comfortable
I enjoyed my stay here. It was very peaceful, clean, and conveniently located close to the river and stores. Spacious house with large front and back yards, and in a quiet neighborhood. Neil was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient!
Nicely maintained property. Comfortable cute home. Easy access. Nice walking path along Halifax River only 2 blocks way. Private enclosed back yard. I stayed here for 3 months with my 2 pups and enjoyed my stay with no issues. Neil (landlord) is friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful house combined with an amazing location! Within a short drive distance of everything (food, beach, parks, etc). Neil, the owner, is a respectful man and a wonderful landlord. Would recommend this home to anyone!
