Luxury 2bed/2bath basement apartment w/1 car garage, high end neighborhood

Amazing

This property is amazing from the owners (S and D) as well as its location. I stayed here for about 11 months while on contract at one of the local hospitals. They were extremely flexible with extending dates for me. Gave me tons of info on places to go and things to do. Extremely welcoming and friendly while also giving personal space. I could not have asked for a better place to stay while on my assignment. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

5 Star Basement Apartment!

I absolutely loved living here! Beautiful new basement apartment with lots of space in a great location. My husband and I were the first renters, we moved in a few weeks after it was built and lived here for 5 months. We loved it! It has a great kitchen, with a huge fridge and lots of counter space, sink space, and a very large pantry. The master bedroom is very spacious, and we used the guest bedroom as my office. The neighborhood is very nice, and is close to so many walking paths, biking paths, tennis & pickleball courts, parks, and a beautiful duck pond. I would highly recommend this apartment!
