Perfect Home Away From Home

We stayed at Rs house from May to December while on a long term nursing contract in Las Vegas. Knowing nothing about Las Vegas or the different areas, we were so lucky to select this location. Very safe area in a very nice gated community with great neighbors. The location lets you get to almost anywhere in Las Vegas on the 215 or 95 while avoiding the routes with awful traffic that can be a headache. The house is amazing with all the comforts of home and had an amazing backyard with lots of trees and greenery which is rare in the dessert. The covered patio and pool are so nice to have in the summer. R is a great owner and will respond to every concern, if any arise, immediately! The ac went out and he had it replaced with a brand new unit within 24 hours. As landlords ourselves, this was so appreciated and also pretty amazing. This is a great property in a great area with a great owner. There are lots of shady listings, but you can rent this home with confidence.

Beautiful Las Vegas Home

R'S home was a wonderful place to stay for my wife and I. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked, the living room comfortable, the backyard serene, and the pool refreshing. Additionally, the home is located in a pleasant area in the north of Las Vegas, well suited for running and close to shops and restaurants. R was an excellent host who was quick to respond to my questions and made us feel very comfortable for the duration of our stay.

Perfect place to rent!

This home is a perfect rental unit. It is very clean. It is a gated, quiet, safe community. The pool and backyard are very nice. The renters were easy to work with. I would definitely rent again!
