Safe and Clean

I had a wonderful 6 month stay at this clean and beautifully furnished rental property. The landlords were very kind and responsive. If I needed company they were there and they were also very respectful for my privacy. Everything is well maintained and clean. Stores are nearby and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. A home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay :)

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

I have been staying here since Dec and sadly will be heading out the end of March. This has been the best experience. The hosts are amazing people, friendly, attentive and very respectful of privacy. The unit is awesome it's got everything you need, super spacious and as beautiful as pictured. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and the neighbors are friendly. It's quiet and cozy I could not have chosen a better place & hosts

Safe and Spacious basement apartment

Amazing and quiet basement apartment that's tucked away but still close to town! Very clean and with LOT of natural light. L and D are amazing landlords. They made me feel very welcomed. Definitely a place you can call a home away from home! You should definitely rent from them!

A+ Stay

I stayed at this property for about 7 months while on contract at a local hospital in the Clackamas Oregon area. Let me start by saying the owners are so pleasant and very accommodating and extremely fair. During my stay, any questions that I did have were easily smoothed over and solutions were communicated quickly to me. This add-on unit looks exactly as pictured. There is a comfy bed, strong Wi-Fi, great lighting, smart TV, strong water pressure and its located in a quiet area. The neighbors are very friendly, so I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay here. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, but especially single women, whose main concern is safety and comfort. Truly an A+ stay.
