As a family of three relocating to Nashville seeking short term house this property meet our needs. Great location as my commute downtown was easy. The property has sufficient parking for all of our vehicles. The place looks like the pictures. The property is clean and has everything you need. Staying here for a few months made our transition easy as we searched for our home. Maria was an outstanding host. She checked in frequently and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Home in Nashville

I had the pleasure of staying in this home for the past 6 months. It is in a quiet neighborhood, the backyard is fenced in. The main floor has a deck on the back. Marie, the landlord, is amazing and always available for questions or concerns. She also introduced me to her cleaners and I used them while I was there. I will always check with Marie for any future housing needs in the Nashville area. Thank you so very much for making me feel welcome!!!

Short Term Rental while House-Hunting

My husband and I moved back to Nashville and stayed here while we house-hunted for our forever home. It was the perfect spot for a young married couple with no kids and a dog. Marie was always available whenever I needed anything! Our pups got to play in the massive yard, and we enjoyed many evenings on the back deck. We love the location with all of the best restaurants in Nashville at your fingertips and 12 South only 12 minutes away. My husband and I both work remotely, and the guest room was the perfect office for my husband with plenty of space for me to work in the main living area with enough separation from each other during the day.

Great Stay

This place was amazing for my partner and our small dog. We loved the patio and large yard. Marie was a fantastic host and was always available if needed. The unit is well kept and has all the necessities. Neighborhood is quiet and very close to downtown. I would love to stay here again and recommend this unit for Nashville!

Clean, well maintained home in a quiet neighborhood next to wonderful food

This is a great comfy bungalow with a lovely back deck where I sat and enjoyed the sunsets. It sits in a quiet neighborhood next to Nolansville Pkwy which has an extensively diverse culinary scene. So many international restaurants and groceries(Turkish, Kurdish, Pakistani, Indian,Mexican, El Salvadorian, Greek, Thai, Ethiopian...), I have yet to scratch the service. Such a great food area for groceries and spice. The landlords are friendly, conscientious, and quick to respond if there are any issues. You can tell they have invested in the property as the appliances and furniture are in great condition. I've really enjoyed my stay and have felt I was able to relax in this little home for the time I worked in Nashville. I highly recommend this place for its access and comforts.

The Great Stay

We loved living in this cozy apartment. It has a great open concept with a lot of natural lighting. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood but only a short drive from downtown. There is a fenced in yard, perfect for letting our pup run around along with a gorgeous deck that has a grill. M was a great landlord, always very responsive with any concerns we had. We highly recommend staying at this apartment, if we ever decide to come back to the Nashville area M will be the first person we contact for accommodations.

Beautiful home, amazing property manager!

Amazing property with very nice amenities. Everything you could hope for in a home and highly responsive property manager. My husband and I had pets and could not have found a better rental for all of us! We especially enjoyed the patio as well as having a grill. We would definitely rent here again! If you're looking for a place and have the opportunity to rent here, DO IT! You won't be sorry!
