Perfect Temporary Residence

This was the perfect temporary place for us as new Santa Fe residents. The location was great - just several blocks from downtown and the Plaza, an easy walk to the Railyard and walkable to Canyon Rd - everything you want to be close to! It's comfortable with a nice TV, lots of books, a comfy couch, a small desk, nice bed, and well-equipped kitchen. And the outdoor space in the back was really nice - quiet and under trees with two chairs and a chiminea. It's on a main route into downtown, but it's just one 25 mph lane, so it's not noisy, and there's hardly any pedestrian traffic. Parking is directly in front of the house. The neighborhood of South Capitol is wonderful. The houses are mostly adobe (Spanish Pueblo Revival) and Territorial Revival architecture with beautiful gates. It's quiet and the residents are friendly. We never felt unsafe. Communication with Mark is excellent. He is very responsive, and I never had to worry about having our concerns addressed in a timely way.

Home away from home!

Cannot say enough about how much I lived this place! As a travel nurse, it was my home away from home. It had the authentic Santa Fe feel with all of the amenities you will need! Cute backyard, comfortable bed, perfectly sized kitchen . And M he is wonderful, accommodating, and a great designer! I did not want to leave this place. Definitely planning on returning! Worth the price and pet friendly (but you could never tell!) clean, comfy, and relaxing
