Furnished basement suite in SE Denver close to nearby hospitals, parks and trails

Great place to call home!

I stayed in K's place for 6 months (originally supposed to be 2) and it was such a pleasure! The basement apartment is huge and you have so much closet and storage space which was a great bonus. The place is quiet and dark so perfect for night shifters! The home itself is so well taken care of and K always goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better roommate! I would not hesitate to recommend!

Amazing

This was my home away from home.Very spacious basement, close to my work. Landlord is very sweet and caring. Always offered extras and went the extra mile to make sure everything was ok with me. Will definitely come back to take residence on my next assignment.

Great Basement Space

Awesome spacious basement space for living. The bedroom is pitch black at night make for great sleep (and the vent sound as white noise). Lots of closet space. Lounge room with microwave fridge and TV was a nice bonus. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, close to trails. Place is close to Denver Airport. Cute dog too.

Great place!

I had a great stay at K place! She was very friendly and always made sure that I had everything to have an enjoyable stay. The space includes your own section of the condo that includes a big bedroom, plenty of closet space, a huge living room area with comfy couches and dining room table area, your own bathroom, and a kitchenette area that had a microwave, airfyer, coffee maker, and mini fridge. You have access to the full kitchen upstairs and laundry which is shared with K. You have your own designated parking spot. The location is near lots of grocery shopping, the gym, parks, and access to highways. Great place!

Best Living space in Denver

I lived staying at this property. K is very nice and caring with a cute little dog. You have your own private bathroom, living room and bedroom. Only thing you are sharing is a kitchen. Bed was comfortable with no complaints. I worked nights so I loved that the room is completely block out. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. Close to a lot of shopping areas. 20 minutes away from the airport. Best place that Ive stayed in Denver.

Great living situation!

Lovely, fully furnished basement. This was such a great landing pad when I moved out to Denver - clean, quiet, nice neighborhood. You are getting a lot of living space for the price (including a large living room, separate bedroom, large closet, and cute 3/4th bath). Also, K is great to live with - kind, will respect your space (esp. if you're more introverted like me!), and easy to talk to. :) Give this place a shot!!!
