Amazing short term lease

Steve was an amazing host. He was very responsive if something came up. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for a 3 month stay. The location was perfect near where I was working and getting to Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. I would highly recommend this location and working with Steve. Overall, a great experience staying in this apartment!

Terrific!

I loved my stay at this property. Highly recommended to traveling professionals new to the area. Steve was very responsive and easy to work with. I had no issues at this unit. I enjoyed how well taken care of the pool is and the short walk across the street to see the sunset in Papago Park. I would stay here again if I returned to AZ.

Great stay

I had a great experience staying at this apartment. I loved the location, it was near Papago Park, the airport, Tempe, Phoenix, and many other locations. The neighborhood felt safe and it was a quiet location. I did have some difficulty using the in-home thermostat that was a little frustrating. The place was beautiful, the open floor plan and well decorated. The pool and hot tub were great. I would definitely recommend.

3 month stay.

Stayed at one of S's properties in this complex for three months. S was very responsive to all text messages regarding the property, as well as gave recommendations on things to do and restaurants. Area is pretty quiet, no issues sleeping and I worked nightshift. One parking spot assigned. Visitor's can park in any uncovered spot. I never had a problem finding additional parking within the complex. The apartment itself was very clean. All the appliances were in working order. Working electric stove in good condition as well as an airfrier, rice cooker, blender and keurig.. Enough kitchenware was provided to make meals, and lots of Tupperware available to meal prep. Electronic thermostat, washer, and dryer in unit. Towels (including pool towels) and wash cloths also provided, comforter and sheets as well as a spare set of each. The property I stayed in overlooked the small pond from the back patio and was in close proximity to the pool and hot tub. Gym on site

wonderful apartment!

I stayed in this condo for three months and it couldn't have been better! It was super clean and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the host is very friendly and communicative. I also really enjoyed the amenities- the pool and gym are great. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

S was an awesome host. Always responsive and if there was an issue which there never was he was on top of it. Very accommodating. Location is great, and lots to do within a ten minute drive. Apartments big enough, very clean, and quiet. Would recommend to anyone and if i ever come back i would stay here. Thanks a bunch

Comfy and Dog friendly!

S was a great host. He was easy to reach and made sure we were comfortable during our three month stay. He went out of his way to grab us our favorite coffee and brought over a rice cooker for us to use! The condo is in a great location and our drive to work was only 6min. Everything is incredibly close (Costco, Target, breweries, hiking, some of the best local food spots). Our dog Chai also enjoyed her stay here and loved watching the Phoenix sunsets from the balcony - this place is dog friendly and the community has plenty doggy waste stations. The walk-in closet was the perfect size for two travel nurses. The kitchen is well stocked especially if you like to cook at home (pots, pans, toaster, baking sheets, coffee maker, strainer, plenty silverware, plus more). Washer and dryer are included and very convenient - especially after working several shifts in a row and you just want to hibernate. If youre looking for a good landlord and a comfy space - look no further! :)

Just Right!

This condo is a great set up for travel nurses. The location is awesome, the condo has everything you need, and the vibe is very relaxed. The unit is on the third floor where it has been very quiet. The grounds are very nice with a clean pool, covered parking (big bonus), gym and gated entrance. I have felt very comfortable and safe here. S has been an excellent landlord: great communication, polite, and with quick replies to any questions/issues. I hope to enjoy this condo again sometime!
