Loved! So beautiful

I loved my stay at the ADU, the unit was absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. It got great sunlight during the daytime and the backyard was so peaceful. It had enough storage for all my things and was the perfect amount of space for me. My favorite thing was the walkability of the neighborhood; 5-20 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. My landlord and his family were accommodating and kind. I would definitely recommend, I was here during the winter and I imagine it would be a dream in the summer!

Tranquil and well designed, comfortable ADU

I stayed at this property while finishing my master's degree over the summer. The landlord takes great care of the unit, which is a beautifully designed tiny house with a soaking tub and heated tile floors. The large seating area on the first floor is perfect for naps with a bubbling water feature outside the window. The neighborhood is full of cute shops, restaurants, and parks. The landlord is kind and was responsive to any issues that came up. I can't recommend this place more!

I stayed at this property while on assignment at Legacy Emanuel and it was GREAT! The owners and their family are so sweet, the unit is well maintained in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Walking distance to so many restaurants and Laurelhurst park. They even have blackout shades installed for the best sleep after a night shift! 10/10 highly recommend!!!
