Spacious 1BR/1BA next to NW 23rd

What a great place!

This apartment has a great location - everything you need is a short walk away. It also has huge bedroom that is configured for separation from the living space - great for folks with different schedules. Heat pumps for cooling and heating in bedroom and living area. My wife & I pulled off a home office setup for both of us for our month+ stay. Transit is minutes away and frequent. Laura is a thoughtful landlord, too!

Could not recommend this listing more! Looks just like the photos. Fully equipped for every comfort needed. Perfect for long stays. The neighborhood is adorable and very walkable. Laura is an incredible landlord as well!

Perfect place to stay in Portland

My friend and I were lucky enough to find this listing while looking for short term accommodations in Portland. We stayed here for two months and absolutely loved this apartment! L is an excellent host and always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt like home instantly and we were so sad to leave. The location is perfect, right off NW 23rd Streetcentral to lots of lovely shops and restaurants and just down the road from beautiful Forest Park, Pittock Mansion and the always stunning Japanese and International Rose Gardens. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience all that Portland has to offer. If we're ever back in the area we will absolutely be booking with L again!
