Excellent Place to Stay

I lived in the bedroom at Jose and Corinnas for 4 months while I was working an internship in Livermore. The setup worked perfect! The bedroom and bathroom are the only thing upstairs which makes it very private. The kitchen downstairs is well appointed and was perfect for my morning eggs and weekly meal prep. I was able to store a bike in the garage which was a huge bonus for me. Street parking is easy, there is always a spot in front of the house. The home is located in a great area in Livermore, just a short walk from downtown and about 20min drive to the BART station which you can easily take into the city. Corinna and Jose are very kind hosts and even offered me dinner a couple of times (which was delicious). I had a great stay and would highly recommend renting with Jose Corinna!!

Great 1 Bedroom in quiet area

Fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment near downtown Livermore. Owners are polite and friendly, invited me over for a BBQ once too! I would recommend it for people looking to live there for a few months to a year for work as it's more affordable than a hotel but still has nice furnishings for living. For longer term stuff an apartment is probably the cheaper option, but for a painless move in and out, this was perfect for me. To be totally clear, the apartment is a small building right behind the owner's home, which felt pretty safe to me, and you'll park on the public street where I always found a spot. Did not have big issues with the apartment, and minor ones were sorted out within a day as the owner is quite responsive.

Incredible Place to Stay

Not only is this a beautiful house to stay in, but the owners are absolutely wonderful! The room comes with many basic necessities, and there is plenty of space to store what is purchased throughout the stay. The owners were such nice people to interact with, and they even went above and beyond to invite me and the other tenants to their Memorial Day cookout with their family. Wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else during my internship in Livermore.

Great property, greater hosts!

The homeowners of this place made sure the room I rented was clean and self-sufficient. I stayed here while on an internship and at the end of the workday always looked forward to coming back and having a beautifully tranquil room and neighborhood to relax in. C and her husband were very mindful of anything I might need and great people besides. 10/10!

Safe, Comfortable Home Away From Home!!!

I spent 3 months in this cottage while working at Lawrence Livermore National Lab over the summer. The building itself is beautiful and perfectly proportioned; I never felt cramped and I absolutely loved the layout. The owners have done an amazing job decorating and the decor is very nice and welcoming! The location is a short walk from down town, so there is a lot to do nearby. Additionally, the surrounding neighborhood feels very safe, which was very important to me as young woman living on my own. I didn't have to worry while walking around even at night, and the cottage itself felt very secure and private. The owners are very friendly, helpful and considerate; I didn't have any issues at all with them, and I would highly recommend renting from them! All-in-all, the great location, beautiful property, and lovely owners made this a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to others!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Prime location close to all the hospitals and wineries..beautifully furnished in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Awesome owners..great value.
