5 stars for sure Aaron is a great lord lard, he was constantly in touch making sure all my needs was met. And he genuinely cares about his tenants. I would definitely rent from him again.

Great Place & Great Landlord

Location is quiet, safe and located close to downtown and other areas of interest. I stayed for over a year and enjoyed my visit. Aaron is careful in who he rents to, and I never had any problems with the housemates that had come and gone. Aaron is a very responsive landlord and is always asking if there is anything more that is needed or that can be done. 10 out of 10, would rent again.

Best Visit

Aaron was very professional and helpful my entire stay. I last minute renewed my contracts and he was able to keep accommodate me each time. Each room had its own bathroom, shelves in shared spaced were labeled with the room numbers so nobody's stuff got mixed up. If something was broken or if maintenance was needed he was quick to get someone out there. He stops by every now and then just to check on the house and clean windows. I felt very safe as a first time traveler and I knew I could message Aaron with any concerns.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. Im a student who stayed here for a month. A is a great host and very responsive. The house is clean, the rooms are set up nicely, and its in a great location. I would definitely stay again!

Awesome Stay!!

I had such a wonderful stay at this property! It was very clean and had everything I need for my stay. Aaron was a great host and was always quick to respond. I am hoping to stay here again soon! 10/10 recommend for a clinical rotation or travel nursing long-term housing.

The Absolute Best!

A is the absolute best host! Amazing value for the price. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities you may need. Beds & linens are so comfy! Each room has a private bath and each room has a lock so you can feel secure if you dont know your housemates. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. I cant say enough about this home. Prime location too-close to everything. Thank you A! I will definitely try to book here if I ever travel to Florence again!

Beautiful home from home.

I like to say thank you for stay ! The most friendly, clean, quiet and safe place. I wish I can stay in place like this all the time I travel. Every needs, every little details must accomplish immediately. The owner of the place always make sure I am comfortable and have everything I possibly wish for. From toothbrush and bath goodies to nice cup of coffee, snacks, and chocolates. I will miss this home . Thank you again for making my stay very pleasant!

Great stay!

A is a very responsible and responsive property manager! He has a very thorough and secure process for the rental process, and was more than willing to accommodate any issues that arose. He is very friendly and quick to troubleshoot any problems you may come across. Each bedroom door has its own key, so you can feel safe and secure with your belongings, despite sharing the house with up to two other people. The location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated how considerate A was!

Private and Convenient

Loved my stay here, the home is very central to Florence- close to everything youd need and an easy walk to the local park. The homeowner is very quick and responsive, cares about the house and tenants. Every room has its own bathroom, shared space is fairly separated for storage and kitchen is well stocked with basic supplies. Would stay here again if I came back to Florence for an assignment!
