I had a wonderful experience staying in this home during my travel nurse contract. Shari truly exceeded expectations as a hostshe was always quick to respond and consistently offered helpful solutions to any issues that came up. It made a huge difference knowing I could rely on her for support at any time. She also has an excellent team in place that helps maintain the home, which really shows in how well everything is kept. The house itself is in a perfect locationjust a quick 4-minute drive to the hospital and centrally located near dining, shopping, the gym, and other everyday conveniences. Overall, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, especially fellow travel nurses looking for a reliable and well-managed place to stay.

I absolutely loved staying at Shari's place. It was clean, quiet, and such a comfortable spot. Everything that you could need for a furnished stay is provided and the hospitality her team showed me was awesome. The storage spaces were perfect for me, all my things typically fit in my car so being able to unload clothing in the dressers and closets was a bonus. Especially since I bring my bike, having the outdoor storage space was perfect. If I ever have a contract in Fayetteville, I would pick Shari's place hands down.

Really felt like home...only better!

If this place is available, you'd be crazy not to jump on it! The space is cozy and well thought out, very nicely furnished. There's every kind of kitchen gadget and appliance you can think of, that was great for me since I like to cook. Ample storage space for those who travel with all (or most) of their worldly possessions. Sweet patio area and well-maintained landscaping and yard. Paved driveway so you're not tracking dirt or sand into your vehicle. Quiet, dead end street...only neighbor traffic. Good outdoor lighting, security system, even a panic button on the wall beside the bed. I always felt safe here. The owner and property manager are very responsive and spare nothing in making sure your needs are met. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and cannot say enough good things about this home away from home!

Wonderful rental!

This is a wonderful rental. Very quiet and safe. The space is very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. I highly recommend this property!!

BEST property on FF

Perfect,perfect,perfect location!! Location is seconds from the hospital, decorated beautifully, every attention to detail is spot on!! I felt like I was home and loved this place!!!

Conveinient and Well Stocked!

This place was amazing, you can see the hospital, so no commute time!! The little street is very quiet, never had any noise issues. The owner was a gem! Provided everything you could need and more! I didn't have to buy toilet paper, paper towels, any cleaning supplies, nothing! Multiple blankets and quilts as well as bedsheets too were also provided. The kitchen also has everything you could ever want, a crockpot, air fryer, ninja, in addition to full size stove/oven, microwave, and fridge. The owner and property manager were both quick to respond and provided everything I could ever need. Owner is very attentive and wants to provide every comfort for a traveler, all you really need is your clothes.

Cozy Home in Fayetteville

If you're taking a contract in Fayetteville, stay here! It is a beautifully decorated, cozy, comfortable home within walking distance of the hospital, less than 15 minutes from groceries and shopping. S is an amazing and attentive host who could satisfy all our needs while we stayed. I travel with my fianc, and although the storage space was a little tight for us, this place has more than enough room for a solo traveler! I highly recommend this unit and am thankful for such a good experience!

Highly Recommend

I stayed here 1 month while rotating at CFV. It was safe, quiet, comfy cozy. Everything is brand new at this property and you can tell how much thought was put into the renovation once you step inside. The property manager is a text or call away and responds quickly (I locked myself out he was there within 5 minutes). S is an excellent host you truly have everything you will need: kitchen utensils, pots/pans, spices, towels, bedding, laundry detergent, deodorant, razors, toilet paper, hangers you name it its there. I always felt safe coming, going and staying. Plus, there is SimpliSafe monitoring available! If/when I return I will be staying here assuming its available!
