Cozy Casita

This Casita was perfect. It was centrally located and had all the amenities I needed. James was responsive and accessible via text at all times. I would come back and stay here anytime I am back in Tucson!

My 2 month stay here was very good. James the landlord is very professional, easy to reach, and genuinely wants you to have an amazing stay. The casita was clean, stocked, and the furniture was very comfortable. The property is well kept and has a nice courtyard for guests as well. Would highly recommend!

Out of all the properties Ive stayed at during my work travels, this one is by far my favorite. The location was perfectsafe, quiet, and super convenient, with everything I needed close by. James is an amazing landlord - friendly, responsive and genuinely thoughtful. The property itself was equipped with everything I could possibly need, and the attention to detail really showed. My favorite spot was the shared patio.. super cute & peaceful! I'd absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

James is an amazing land lord! This place is perfect for two people and their fur babies. So convenient to everything in Tucson! Right next to banner hospital. James is very responsive and helpful. We felt very welcome and felt this property came with everything needed

Great space Great Location!

A very beautiful, clean, and safe place to stay. The property is gorgeous inside and out with off street parking. Such a cozy place to stay to make you feel like you're at your home away from home. Centrally located to the hospitals in Tucson as well as all your necessities and shops. The property is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood which as a female traveler is always a must. Landlord is very accommodating, friendly, and always available. Highly recommend, you can't beat the hospitality and rent!

Sam Hughes Casita

The casita is located in a very safe neighborhood. The unit is thoroughly lit, I always felt safe coming home during a night on call. The spiral staircase is fun, and gives a sense of security. There are also great food spots within walking distance. The unit is cozy and well equipped with any the appliances you may need. The landlord is quick to respond, and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend to other travelers!

Perfect home away from home

This place was the perfect place to spend 3 months of work away from home. It is bright and airy, and as cozy as you can imagine. It was more than just a place for me to return home after a long day of work- it was a peaceful place where I could easily relax and recharge: a true sanctuary. The owner is very helpful, and I felt even more at ease knowing they were only a few steps away in case I needed anything. There is a very cozy and shaded (from trees) outdoor area that, even in the Arizona summer, is inviting since they have placed fans and misters to keep the air cool. I honestly loved staying here, and would stay again if work calls me back to the area. Also, the neighborhood is lovely, and this property was a walking distance to what became my favorite after-work and breakfast spot: Flora's Market Run, which the owner suggested. Honestly, I was a little sad to be leaving, but I will definitely be back if in Tucson once more!

Being a female traveler, one of the most important things for me is safety. This neighborhood is very safe, even walkable. I don't worry about my car getting broken into in the designated parking lot or on the street. The decor and furniture are very cute and modern, makes it feel very homey. I was worried about not having my own washer and laundry inside the unit, but I have never had a problem. Only a few steps away from the unit and very clean with new appliances. It's also very close to restaurants, grocery stores, gym, etc, which is great! I definitely recommend staying here :)

Beautiful Clean and Comfortable

What a gem! When I walked into this casita I immediately felt at home. It was extremely clean with newer and modern furnishings as well as thoughtful touches that told me J cares for the property and tenants. Despite not having a full stove/oven the kitchen was so well stocked with cooking appliances I do not miss it. The laundry room is adjacent to the casita and is clean, well lit with newer washer/dryer. J has been very responsive and quick to follow up on any questions/issues I have had. As a travel nurse I would definitely book again.

Perfect little place, amazing neighborhood

I spent 2 months in the casita and I absolutely loved it. I found it to be homey and cozy, quiet, and peaceful. The neighborhood is amazing and so lovely to walk in. J is incredibly communicative, helpful and available if needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Casita!

This is my first time doing a travel nurse contract and I was a bit nervous to say the least. I wanted a safe place, a reliable landlord and a perfect location at a decent price. This casita fit the bill for all of those and more than I could ask for. The neighborhood is great for walking. I have a 5 minute commute to Banner University Medical Center for my job. It is perfect for my husband, myself and dog. J, the landlord has been helpful with great recommendations for day trips and restaurant must do's. The unit is well stocked and comes with an air fryer, convection microwave, toaster and pressure cooker. There is a BBQ grill available also.

Cute Stay, Great Location

The property is a very cute and in a great location. J was great with helping in any way that was needed. The community was great to walk around and be able to see the beautiful area. I was very happy with my stay in Tucson and staying here played a big part of it!

Lovely apartment !

Hello I am a traveling nurse , and this apartment was perfection ! Such a great location, close to all the surrounding hospitals, safe neighborhood. The apartment is in walking distance to some great restaurants and short driving distance to amazing hiking. The apartment was clean and well furnished, with some adorable features such a barn sliding door , large shower and cute shared patio . J was a wonderful host and always readily available and answered any and all requests. I would suggest this place to anyone !

Excellent experience

This is an excellent property in historic Sam Hughes. Safe neighborhood with friendly people within walking distance to various options for grocery stores & dining. J is a fantastic host and was responsive, accommodating and knowledgeable. Large gravel parking area was appreciated as we had a large vehicle. I'd absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking.

Great Stay in Convenient Location!

Fantastic property in an even better location. Walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. The property is clean, quiet, well-kept, and the landlords are exceptional. Always very friendly and willing to lend a hand. The spiral staircase is a great way to spend an afternoon sitting out in the sun, and I would highly recommend it!
