Modern Home in Historic Quincy

We stayed here for a month with our dog and it was great! It's very spacious with lots of closet space, a nice big kitchen and laundry downstairs. The location is also super convenient and only a quick drive to the T. One thing I didn't know beforehand is that there are a lot of stairs going down to the backyard from the deck, which would be fine for most dogs, but ours has arthritis so we ended up letting him out in the front most of the time. The backyard is large though so it was great to run him around (just have to watch since it's not fully fenced)! The only thing this place is missing is a desk (I work from home, so just worked at the kitchen table). Other than that, it's an awesome mid-term rental. Thanks so much!!

This was a great property, convenient location off of the highway, ample parking. The home met our needs perfectly, it was very spacious had just about everything we needed in the kitchen, and the laundry space was great. The only true issue we had was with the Wi-Fi but A was always quick to respond! Communication with A easy and prompt and she was always available if any issues came up.

Nicely remodeled house. High end appliances including gas range, fridge, and washer/dryer. Big backyard for the dogs but not fully fenced so you need to be out there with them. Driveway is a bit tricky so we just parked out front which was never an issue. There are a few stairs to get to the front door and the laundry is downstairs. The main bathroom has a tub shower combo. The en suite bath had a stall shower.
