Perfect

What isn't there to like about this rental? The location is great, close to major freeways without being on them. Comfortable 2 bedrooms, although I only used one. Great updated kitchen with a large work counter. Nice TV and Livingroom seating. Great internet connection. Laundry is conveniently located near the bedrooms. There is outside space with a deck off one of the bedrooms. I was so thankful for the garage space, in March there were a couple snow storms and my car was safely parked in the garage. Outside there are security cameras and motion detector lights, for peace of mind. The neighborhood is quiet, and safe. The owner B lives in the other side of this double bungalow. She completely respects your privacy, but is there for anything you need. She is super responsive to questions. It was the perfect home away from home.

Outstanding house & Great neighborhood

Been here since May 22. This is a great house and the landlord is amazing. Wonderful area of Robbinsdale and very close to the highway. About 7 min to North Memorial. Very clean duplex with everything you'll need. Downtown Robbinsdale has cute shops and some great restaurants. Close to major shopping centers. Actually here till the end of January, and I hate to leave. If you stay here, please feed my little squirrel friends that hang around.
