DEFINITELY LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT THE LANDLORD TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, LOCK YOU OUT, AND ATTEMPT TO HAVE YOU ARRESTED!

My family and I moved into this property without viewing which is not uncommon for travel nurses. Upon payment, I received a code to unlock the door, and a set of keys. Turns out, the property wasn’t acceptable. "Clean linen was visibly soiled, the carpet was dirty, and the furniture was unsanitary. The bed sheets had debris on them, as if they had not been changed during the alleged “cleaning process” for which tenants are charged $150. I forwarded my 30-day notice. Afterwards, my family and I went out. Upon return, the code was deactivated and THE POLICE WERE CALLED WHEN WE USED THE KEY TO GET BACK IN. THEY SAID THE LANDLORD COMPLAINED THAT WE WERE ILLEGALLY OCCUPYING THE PROPERTY! I texted the landlord who I found out later, called law enforcement on us because we had tendered an official notice to vacate in 30 days due to the condition of the property. I finally received a message from Suzanne who took no accountability. No refund was processed.

Amazing host and comfortable unit

I had an excellent stay at this unit during my one-month rotation in Cleveland as a medical resident. The entire 3rd-floor unit is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a cozy bedroom, and a clean bathroomperfect for both relaxing and studying after long shifts. My host was amazing! He was incredibly responsive, always replying within 15 minutes, and went above and beyond to make my stay smooth. He even guided me on directions to the hospital, which was extremely helpful as a newcomer to the area. My host also offered to take me to the bus station when I left, showing his kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cleveland, especially medical professionals on rotation. Fantastic experience!
