DC stay

This apartment was one of the best I've stayed. All updated appliances, hardwood floors and comfortable bed and couch. Stayed here for a travel assignment very secure! Key pad to enter the building, key or keypad entry for doors and secure garage parking. Everything is in close proximity cheap uber rides to the city. Ina was very responsive to calls and text. I would stay here again! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Stayed here 3 months on a travel contract

There is so much to say about this house I dont know where to start! Firstly, the landlord was kind, thorough with instructions, and always available throughout our stay. The house is smack dab right on U street, steps away from everything. The metro is directly across the street. target, Trader Joes, giant, Popeyes, Best Buy, Daves hot chicken, are all up and down 14th street and the famous Bens Chili Bowl is right next door. I worked at Childrens National and took a bike to work everyday, very easy and never had to use my car the whole contract. There was street parking which was easy to find on 12th street right on the corner of the house. U street was bumping and vibrant and a wonderful experience. Took a lot of late night walks south to the white house or the national mall. The house itself was amazing and beautiful and exactly like the pictures if not better. The windows were my favorite part, massive and amazing overlooking u street. More than enough space,and loved our stay!
