Perfect Spot/ Amazing Host

My ten month stay here was amazing. This clean, beautiful apartment is centrally located with easy access to parks, shopping, etc. The landlord (Gary) is absolutely amazing and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is comfortable. It was super affordable-- so much so that I chose his two-bedroom option for extra room and a reason for a friend or two to visit during the year! I especially loved the large kitchen space! In sum, it was PERFECT.

I stayed in Gary's apartment for a year while I was in PA school. He was hands down the best landlord I have ever had. He was very responsive to any issues I was having and quick to come help. The beds are new and very comfortable, has many amenities for cooking, and parking right outside the front door with cameras around the property. I alway felt safe living alone as a female. Also bonus is there is an outside patio deck on the top floor where apartment is located. I highly recommend this property to stay in.

Perfect spot, owner and equipment set

Spent 3 years in Apt B and never missed anything. Equipments are in perfect state, frequently renewed, and the spot is really convenient with many restaurants, groceries, gyms, and even DMV services a few minutes afoot. Last but not least, Gary the owner is always caring and constantly looking for improvements. Makes you feel at home in no time. Highly recommend it.

Great Stuff

Apt. A was a nice, well equipped, furnished, comfortable stay. I am happy to say that Gary is friendly, accommodating, helpful, understanding, and kind. All very good things in a landlord. I paid my rent on time and we always got along well. If I needed a tool he always had it available. If anything broke he was always able to fix it within the day. He even drove me to AutoZone when my car was having battery problems. A+ no notes
