I would not recommend this property. I lived here for 6 months! Although it's a great location to and from SMHC. The owners are very rude. I live over 1k miles away from home & received a threatening text message to be evicted due to cleanliness. The room is only big enough for a bed & a dresser. There was nowhere to put clothes & things were a little cluttered. They constantly have people coming over to do construction on the house (because it's an old bank) & you'll barely get any sleep. They will go in your room without permission at any point (even though the door is locked) so please make sure all of your personal belongings are put up. The pictures on this website aren't how the house actually looks, it's very dated and smells. Dishes are often left in the sink over night, along with old canned goods. Shoes are left at the door which smells as soon as you walk in the house. I barely got any sleep and spend most of my time outside in my car in the yard to be more comfortable.

Cozy room

Room was very cozy! Plenty of space for my things. I loved how close it was to the hospital. Less than a 5 minute drive to work. Location was perfect for other things too. Starbucks and hannaford is nearby too. M is really nice too.
