Cozy and Convenient in the ATL!!!

This is the review Ill be leaving. I had an wonderful experience here! The home felt warm, inviting, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully maintained, and it provided the perfect balance of style and coziness. The location is a huge highlight. You’re just minutes away from great restaurants, beautiful parks, and easy access to the Atlanta BeltLine, which made exploring the city both convenient and enjoyable. Whether it was grabbing a quick bite, going for a walk on the beltine or experiencing the Atlanta vibe, everything was right at my fingertips. The surrounding community is clearly on the rise, with a strong sense of growth and revitalization. It’s exciting to be in a gentrified area that blends historic charm with new energy and development. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great Atlanta experience!

Clean, Cozy Stay with a Great Host

We had a great experience staying at Moniques place. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-kept. Monique was responsive and addressed any maintenance concerns promptly. We especially appreciated the reliable hot showers, the peaceful atmosphere, and her great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Conveniently Located

I can't recommend this property and landlord enough. It's a great landing spot in Atlanta and puts you in close proximity to everything intown. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. 404 Coffee is walking distance and has some of the best coffee in the city, plus the owner and employees are wonderful people. The landlord took care of everything that came up QUICK and made sure I was welcomed and comfortable the entire time. I had no issues with the Wi-Fi and there was a desk and office chair available, so this is a great option for any traveling professionals working in or passing through Atlanta.

Very cozy and close to the main hospitals

I stayed at this property with my GSD. It was very comfortable and M made sure I had all the amenities I needed. I was very close to Emory Midtown which made it easier. The home was spacious enough for my dog and I and the front yard made it accessible for him to use the bathroom. The full kitchen was great as I like to cook my meals. The 2nd bedroom was good for storing some of my belongings. Overall my stay was better than I expected in Atlanta!
