Great Place!

I stayed here a little over a year and was very happy with my stay. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. Room has its own bathroom with shower, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv with streaming access. JT is a great landlord! He is easy to get along with, accommodating and accessible. Will work with you if needed.

Can't ask for anything more

I stayed here for three months and couldn't be happier. You get your own bed and bath separate from the main house, it's a nice quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous park a five minute walk away. JT is a great and reasonable landlord--no complaints, exactly what I wanted!
