Cozy Basement apartment

I would give more stars if I could!

I travel for work in Healthcare. I feel so extremely blessed to have found this as my place to stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean, safe, and private. Everything you could need is there, and the warmth and attention to detail is felt throughout. I have rented there for two separate contracts and I seriously can't find more positive words to describe my stay. The owners are absolutely amazing people. I am honored to be able consider them friends. This will always be my first go to when working in the area.

Great Place To Work And Play In Denver!

While working in the Denver area for a few months, I stayed at this rental in Wheat Ridge and loved my time there! The space was very clean and spacious, in a quiet, safe neighborhood tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This location is centrally located, making it a great place to stay no matter where you are working in the Denver area. I loved walking at the parks that were near by on my days off and exploring the surrounding areas with great local restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. I enjoyed getting to know C and K, who own the home and are warm and inviting; they were very accommodating during my stay. Their animals were a plus! I have been traveling for almost three years for work and have stayed many places. C and K's space is ranked very high in my book! I highly recommend this area and peaceful space!
