Quaint, safe, wonderful landlord
Had a great one month stay here while traveling for school. A was a fantastic communicator and even had a basket full of essential items including toilet paper, toothbrush/paste, cotton swabs, laundry detergent, and more waiting for me on my arrival. The house is situated just in front of Scout/Riverside Park and a community garden. I walked through the park almost daily, it was so lovely. The view from the fenced backyard area was also lovely in the mornings and evenings that I had time to spend there. My roommates were quiet and caring, and open to friendly communication. Overall a great experience and very affordable for the area! Thanks A!
