Highly recommended staying here

I had an amazing experience renting from K and M. From the moment I moved in, they were welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was in perfect condition. The rental was exactly as describedclean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a hassle-free stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home, always being available if I needed anything. The neighborhood was safe and conveniently located, making it easy to get to work and explore the area. Excellent hosts!

K and M were excellent hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable! The condo was spacious, and we enjoyed the backyard patio. Easy access to City Market, we usually just walked. St. Mary's is less than a mile away, and you could ride a bike to work. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Awesome place to stay!!

I did enjoy my stay here, it's in a good neighborhood! The owners are good at checking up, and making sure everything is going well. They do have a pool that's seasonal which is nice. If I do come back to Grand Junction, I would stay here again!! I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Owners are easy to work with and very friendly. All the comforts of home. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need and so much more! Also have (seasonal) access to the community indoor pool. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!!
