Great apartment with wonderful landlords
I've stayed in this apartment twice for extended periods and have absolutely enjoyed each stay. The location is very peaceful and yet very close to any type of entertainment or cultural locations you might want to visit. It's right next to the Eastman House and other museums and the Rochester nightlife is also nearby and easily accessible. The place itself is very nicely furnished with everything you need. The kitchen has every utensil you might need to cook, make your coffee etc. and up to the living room with its electric fireplace a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Finally, the landlords are just plain fantastic! During my last extended stay both B&B have gone out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and enjoyed my time in the apartment. They have very much made me feel at home and I will definitely be looking here first should I need accommodation in Rochester again.
Phenomenal Apartment!
This apartment was absolutely fabulous. It was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary items I needed to be able to cook for myself: utensils, pots, plates, cups, even a mixer. The washer and dryer worked excellently. Upstairs had the second bedroom with an old-fashioned desk, which I conveniently used as my computer room. The living room was spacious with a fireplace, a nice couch and a large screen 4K TV. Each room had a separate heating system, which I was able to adjust with a remote control. The hosts provided extra pillows, bed sheets, towels. The dcor of the whole apartment was simple, rustic and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The apartment is close to public transportation and close to many museums that are within walking distance. The hosts, B and B H were able to accommodate me when I wanted to move in and move out. They are very kind and caring. If I had any questions or concerns about the apartment, they would respond right away.
