Wonderful Stay!

My classmate and I stayed with Kim for our clinical rotations this summer and had a blast! The basement is very spacious and clean, and Kim is a very friendly host! The property is situated in a very safe and well-lit neighborhood, with parking conveniently nearby. It is also very close to St. Francis Hospital. I would recommend this place to any traveler who is looking for a clean, safe, and affordable rental in Colorado Springs!

The BEST stay!

This was one of the best stays thus far in my traveling career. The home is in a great location, short drive to many amenities, major interstates within 15 min drive, quiet neighborhood. I was a 12 mins drive to Colorado childrens hospital. The home is beautiful, larger then expected, clean and WELL stocked, first kitchen that I didn't have to buy something to actually cook a meal. Full size refrigerator and the counter oven worked excellent. The landlord K, is simply amazing and does everything she can to accommodate your stay, she is friendly and helpful.

Feel like Home

I had the perfect stay while traveling in Colorado. The home is located in a safe, quiet part of town. K is an excellent host who is very attentive to all of your needs.The kitchen was fully stocked. Overall the basement was beautifully decorated, and it has everything you need to make your stay feel like home. Highly recommend!

Amazing place and amazing host!

This property was the perfect place to stay as a travel RN. It was furnished really beautifully and the kitchen had everything I needed during my stay. There was also a workout room with a treadmill that was super nice to have access to! The host is so nice and helped us out so much during our stay. She always acknowledged how busy we were and helped with whatever she could from laundry to cleaning while we were at work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
