Perfection in Paradise!

S is a travelers dream host! Hes thoughtful, kind, relaxed and fun! He made my dog and I feel at home. After a rough day, the hammocks and libations were like coming home to my own private resort! Oh, and the sauna was my saving grace! S is chillax and accommodations were superb! Miss ya !

Don't hesitate to book this house guys! Seriously, S is the kindest, most considerate, and fun host I've ever stayed with. My birthday fell during my time in JAX. Steve made sure I felt special on my day since I was far from home & had no family nearby. Many evenings were spent on the sunporch with a cocktail & great conversation. I consider S a wonderful friend and you would be lucky to call him one too :)

Wonderful Experience

I stayed at this place for 6 months and I have no complaints. S is a wonderful host. He treats his property like a hotel! Fresh linens and towels. He always asks if anything is needed and is very helpful! If something is wrong, he will fix it right away. He does socialize with the guest. He is very helpful, understanding and respectful. I was skeptical at first, because I never stayed in a shared space before, but he made the experience worthwhile! Everyone had their own space in the pantry and the fridge.That made things easier, especially when you are sharing with other people! This place was very neat and organized. The best part about the stay was having a very respectable, caring and helpful host that was always willing to be a help. S is honest with everything! I would recommend this place to anyone! If you are open to sharing, this is a EXCELLENT Place to be. I would definitely again!

AWESOME!!

Everything was completely clean, accommodating, a very large area for your privacy and a lot of shared room in which the owner is very considerate of my space and the shared space. ITS THE BEST PLACE I've ever rented!!! In all of my travels, I highly recommend this place! It's a beautiful community and safe. It's close to everything that you need as far as restaurants shopping gas everything.

Safe clean spacious private = central location = a great find

This is a great find!! Owner is gracious kind helpful accommodating. Location is safe easy access to city or beaches shopping. Your space is clean spacious equipped private. Adjacent private bath is very large: tub with very large open shower double sinks ensuite toilet. Walk-in closet includes large dresser. High speed internet and big screen TV in room. Parking on driveway. Great backyard to relax, green, furnished. The kitchen/main shared area is clean equipped in between your private living area and the owners private living area. My stay at this furnished house was excellent. I had everything I needed (while living from a suitcase). The owner was always respectful, fair, cheerful, welcoming. Really no worries. I will stay again if available. (I am a female Travel RN)
