enjoyed our stay

We stayed at this property for 6 months and enjoyed our time, it's a very nice updated unit. It is a bit small and off a very busy road during rush hour, but did the job for our time being. The back yard was very muddy for our stay but that's to be expected with having two dogs that time of year. We rolled up all the rugs in the common areas for the entirety of our stay and even bought one to use instead of ruining theirs. A white rug in the back room apparently had a stain on it and we were charged for replacement which was disappointing and an extra $100 cleaning fee was added because it needed a deep clean". Iv never had this happen at any units iv rented previously, we even left their cleaning lady a tip and thanked her for her services prior to leaving the unit. While we did enjoy our time there the deposit, additionally cleaning fee and rug misunderstanding was very disappointing. We do wish Tony the best of luck renting in the future.

Beautiful Home!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home!! It has Everything you need.I am a travel nurse who worked at Tristar centennial night shift my commute was 15 min no traffic every time I loved it!! The location is great minutes to get to the zoo , downtown, the mall. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Tony and his wife are amazing!! I definitely would stay here again!!

Fantastic 3 Month Stay in Nashville

My wife (travel nurse) and I (remote worker) enjoyed living here for 3mos. This little home is fully renovated, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The house is only 10min from anywhere you want to be, including the hospitals, and close to major highways for wherever you want to go. If we ever come back through Nashville, we will be checking its availability! T and K were superb, 5-star, hosts! They communicated very well and handled everything for us. Highly recommend.

Home away from home!

This property was very cute, well decorated, and just felt so homey! Newly remodeled and very clean. The outside was always well maintained. All beds were very comfortable. And they had everything you could need in the kitchen. Most importantly the hosts are quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. Although not in an area of town with easy walking access to restaurants/shopping/grocery/parks, it is still such a short drive to all of those things! And the dead end street it sits on feels very safe.
