Great Stay!

This is a great apartment for healthcare travelers! Small bedroom and closet, good for modest living. Spacious bathroom and living room space. The landlord is attentive and responds same day for concerns that are brought to attention. Very compassionate and just great people overall! Only downside to the stay was the neighbors, who will sometimes be noisy into late hours on the weekends.

NOT AS LISTED

My circumstances dictated renting sight unseen so accurate listing info is critical. Listing interior photos didnt match the property. Housing across the street, not park as stated. On street parking (was told where to park on the public street)not private parking as stated. Two bedroom listed - second bedroom is pulldown Murphy bed in living room. No working smoke detectors. Heat for this unit controlled by other unit's tenant. Had to leave window open 24/7 in below freezing weather to maintain comfortable temperature.
