Wonderful gated community, private area, yet lots of people to visit with, north side of Lake Eustis with lots of activities to do (2 pools, community room, pickle ball, shuffle board, and much much more). Access to the chain of lakes, rent or bring your boat. Must be at least 40 to rent here.

Highly recommended place to rent
This is a nice community and very comfortable home to stay in. I have absolutely no negative things to say about it, only good things. It is very quiet and only about 12 minutes to many stores, fast food, a mall and so on. You can swim, play pool, etc just a short walk away in the community center. The home has great comfortable beds, a large kitchen, a car port, a great living room with large TV and many viewing options, and so on. S is a very good landlady and takes care of any issues promptly. I had one issue with the bathtub not draining well and it was fixed in 24 hours. That's pretty much the only little problem I had during the entire time I rented there. All in all a great experience.
