Good area/location for everything you need. The house itself could be great but just needs more attention. The property management company is very nice but didn't help with any issues besides an electrical emergency. The house was pretty dirty considering they charge $250 for cleaning AND $300 for pet on top of deposits. (Fur everywhere, dirty smelling bedding,etc). The house has a VERY strong litter box smell coming from the downstairs closet (we don't have a cat). The fees just seem like a cash grab. The internet is T-Mobile so sometimes it's fast but normally was around 8-25mbps and we couldn't stream or go online. The beds are rock hard and all the furniture is falling apart. Can't open dressers, we had to fix the wobbly loose toilet ourselves. Dryer doesn't work so the whole house fills with steam when you do laundry. Freezer doesn't stay closed with drawers in it. Had a lot of food go bad. Reported internet and freezer no resolution.
