This is a beautiful home in the best location with the best owners, Kathy & Rod! It is super private, clean, well maintained, quiet and feels so safe. There are areas of preserves around you which adds to the relaxing stay and if you're lucky to see Florida wildlife visit which has been an amazing experience! Great neighborhood to take the fur one for walks and not have to worry about crazy traffic or even hear it each night! Everyone is welcoming. I loved the birds' songs in the mornings & were fun to watch out back while relaxing in the screened lanai. The Blue jays/cardinals were my favorites! It truly feels like a home away from home. I love that K & R have a binder for more info, visiting the area and site seeing, food recommendations, it's a nice touch. Everything you need is here for you which makes it even more welcoming! I absolutely love the lanai and the beautiful tile floors throughout! Kathy & Rod are so kind, caring, helpful and easy to reach if you need anything! :)

Nice clean place, great owners

It's a nice home. Full kitchen. No carpet, no steps. It's all tile inside. Backyard isn't fenced, but has privacy. There are only a few houses on each street, and it's a quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend it. Thanks for the hospitality!

Comfortable home on a quiet street

We stayed here for about 6 months while waiting for our home build to be completed. The owners are very responsive and hospitable. This house has everything you need for a home away from home. The lanai faces the backyard which is peaceful and relaxing. This location is close to restaurants and the most beautiful beach/state park in the area! We loved staying here!

Would Not Recommend

I am a traveling nurse and I was working at SMH hospital in venice. I have lived at many Air Bnbs, and other places on Furnished Finder and I would say this was my worst experience at a travel nurse. There was many electrical issues while living here. The lights would randomly stop working and there were times I couldnt get into the house because the lock system was not working. THERE IS A GUEST FEE $50/PERSON, PER NIGHT. As a travel nurse this is very inconvenient because we are away from family and friends and tend to have visitors. our last month here the lights were off for 3 weeks. After dealing with technical issues and electricity issues, I advised the owner K that we would not be renewing our lease for November. She was notified within the deadline of the lease, she got a lawyer and tried to intimidate me to pay for november. She also never gave me back my deposit. If you decide to stay here, get a lawyer as a back up for your protection.

Quiet little paradise!

Absolutely love love love this property! Very nice and private space! Worth the money and the owners R & K where just absolutely amazing host and very accommodating! Security was outstanding, felt very safe and secure for a young female staying by herself! House was very clean and had everything I needed, except a blender!! Would definitely recommend!
