Loved our 4 month stay!
Kendall might just be the best landlord you can ask for. From day one, he was super responsive, friendly, and welcoming. He was always quick to reply to texts (usually within <10 min) and helped troubleshoot little things like water pressure (affected the entire building temporarily). The home itself is spacious, comfortable, and clean. We especially liked the huge TV, huge sofa, huge bed, and huge fridge (notice the theme there). We tried to think of any constructive feedback during our last meal at In n Out before leaving CA but honestly couldn't come up with a single thing. Highly recommend Kendall's place!

Wonderful!
Stayed at this apartment for 3 months with my partner and couldnt have asked for a better experience! The location is perfect, tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars close by and super easy to get around whether you're walking or driving. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need for a longer stay and then some. Its very comfortable and thoughtfully set up. Highlights are the balcony, fancy lighting, and super comfortable couch. The owner is incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and may be back myself!

Ideal living space in a prime location
A gorgeous bedroom, walk-in closet, spacious living room with comforts and entertainment provided for, expansive kitchen and bathroom with washer / dryer amenities makes this apartment feel like an ideal home with none of the apartment concessions. From the patio you can view the game or the concert at Petco Park and it's a short walk to restaurants, bars and stores. Mood lighting is a huge plus! The host is genuine and accommodating in all his interactions. Highly recommend this experience.

Great location and welcoming space
So glad I chose this property to stay at. Getting in and out of the city was much easier than expected, with locked off street parking in the same building and just 2 minutes from the highway it made life really easy getting in and out. Everything I needed was in walking distance and the space felt very welcoming. The mood lighting was really enjoyable to have and the kitchen was great since I do a lot of cooking. Plenty of soft plush blankets and carpets, I felt very comfortable staying here and would love to stay again sometime! Highly recommend this property.
