Nicely set up, quiet neighborhood,
Plenty of space with the bedroom seperate from the living room. Full sized fridge, backyard area and in unit washer/dryer were nice to have. Host is very friendly and communicative. Fast WIFI.

Best Rental Ever
I lived in this one bedroom apartment for a year. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The furnishings are lovely and the queen bed was particularly comfortable. I can't say enough about the landlords, G and R. If there was anything I needed, it was taken care of immediately. They went above and beyond expectations to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also excellent and convenient to local business and the freeway. Great apartment and great people.
