It's a Kind of Magic

From the moment I laid eyes on the picture “Dusk in January,” I knew this house was it. It’s a cozy gem with one of the best views in the Sangre de Cristo mountains. We often gazed out the big windows at the ever-changing scenery. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, the back patio inviting and private, and the garage has plenty of space to park. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Santa Fe Plaza is just a 1-mile walking path by the wash and past Fort Marcy. We often walked to local watering holes and then we’d Uber home. Santa Fe is a great place to explore the National Park Service’s amazing sites. Our favorites were Bandolier, Pecos, and Fort Union. The house is also 30 minutes from Ski Santa Fe, which you can see from the house. There’s so much to see and do in the area. Valerie was an amazing landlord. She was respectful and easy to work with. We had an incredible stay. This house will definitely be one of those magical places that we’ll remember forever.

Gorgeous Home

This is a gorgeous house in the best part of Santa Fe. The view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains is spectacular. Only a few minutes drive to the Plaza. House is cozy and comfortable. Outdoor space is lovely. WiFi speeds were great, if thats a concern for remote work. Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location & Views, Views, Views

What sets this 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage apart from other properties in Santa Fe are the incredible mountain views. I've taken some of the most amazing images of the clouds against the deep blue sky, sunrises, sunsets and the occasional family of deer that frequent the area. The home is located within walking distance to Santa Fe's Downtown Plaza, the Georgia O'Keefe Museum, Ft Marcy Recreational Park and Canyon Road, making it easy to access some of Santa Fe's biggest events like Zozobra and the Spanish and Indian Markets. If you're into outdoor activities Ski Santa Fe and several amazing hiking trails are all located within 20 minutes of the property. The famed Santa Fe Opera is also only 20 minutes away. Had we not bought a home we would still be living here.
