Room for rent

The room I rented was nice and clean. Air conditioning worked very well. The garage was a major selling point for me as I did not know the area well. The other professionals staying in the home were polite and friendly. M is a great host as she was on top of any issues that came up. Would absolutely rent again!

A Peaceful and Cozy Place To Stay

The Landlord for this property was very kind. She always stayed in communication with me to make sure my unit was providing everything I needed, and facilities were working well at all times. All utilities were included with monthly rent fees which was convenient. The property was beautiful and well kept up. Very private and peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for traveling nurses and other types of people who travel for work and need a quiet and cozy place to stay. M was a very kind landlord and I really appreciated staying in this unit for the 11 months I was in Bakersfield. I highly recommend this place to those who require a reasonable place to stay while working in Bakersfield. The rent was affordable, the air-conditioned unit was amazing as it can get very hot in Bakersfield. Thank you, M, for allowing me to stay in the unit. I would very much like to stay in contact with this landlord if I ever need to travel and stay in Bakersfield for more than 3 months. Thank you!
