I stayed here from November 2023-April 2026- that alone should tell you how much I enjoyed my time in Analynn's home. Analynn is incredibly kind, personable, and made me feel very safe and comfortable in her home. I appreciate her attention to detail, communication is respectful and friendly, and the process in working with her is very simple which I appreciated. The space is impeccably clean, quiet, and well furnished with thoughtful decor and functional home necessities. I loved how there were nature trails in the neighborhood, and the convenience of restaurants and groceries is 10/10. My roommates were so kind, quiet, and respectful of personal space and privacy. I enjoyed where we would sometimes have dinner together, and host small gatherings. All of this, on top of how affordable it is, makes it a super rare and special place to live.

Annelyn was great! room was huge and cozy. Felt so at home here and definitely utilized the bath tub for those stressful days. Roommates were very nice and welcoming. It felt like I had the house to myself a lot of the time because I worked nights lol definitely recommend staying here!

Hands down the best experience I could ask for. The room alone is spotless, well-decorated, and spacious. You will find every single cooking equipment you need in the kitchen. The roommates are lovely and welcoming. I made great connections with these people during my stay. I would do it all over again.

Perfect cozy place

I absolutely loved staying here. Its super private and cozy the bed room is HUGE tons of space. I had my own section in the kitchen area with tons of space. The roommates are awesome, chill and friendly. I felt like I was at home living here, truly going to miss it. A is an awesome host she is attentive and super flexible. The neighborhood is quiet, I felt safe (I am a solo traveler) tons of things to do around allen as well. Thank you A if I am ever back in Dallas area I would move back in heart beat
