Great place!

Yvette made the leasing process super easy! It's an 8 minute drive away from OU Medical Center. The place has everything you need and more for a contract stay, safety features (alarm system, cameras that look to the driveway and front door), laundry in unit and a fully equipped kitchen! I definitely recommend staying here. I have a Tesla and there's charger 4 minutes away behind the Homeland grocery store, so very convenient!

Great place to stay!

Yvette is super friendly and easy to communicate with. Fast and clear instructions and replies to both email and text. The house is organized and well maintained! For commuting to the OU medical center, this was the perfect place to stay. Never spent more than 10 minutes driving to the hospital. Would recommend staying here!

Great place!

This was a great place to stay. I am a traveling nurse who works night and it was a great environment to come home to everyday. It is spotless clean at all times and the landlord is very attentive to any and all your needs. She was great with communication! The house is well furnished and stays stocked with all your needs. I highly suggest this resident. It is in a safe and very convenient neighborhood as well!

Quite stay

I stayed at Y's house for close to 6 months while working at OU. The place was kept clean and the room was comfy and clean as well. Felt like a second home. The house has an alarm system which is a huge plus while traveling alone. Definitely felt safe at her place. If your looking for a nice and quite place to stay while in OKC, this is your place to stay. Y is quick to respond back and always checks up on you in case you need anything.

Dynamic Stay!

This house is located within minutes of downtown, food, parks, etc. I worked at OU so the drive to work was only about 6mins. House is very clean, the host is very nice and accommodating, and the home is spacious. The price of the stay per month is very economical also. If you ever have any questions or concerns, the host gets back to you in a timely manner. Dont hesitate to book this stay with this host! I would book again and again if I were ever in the area.

Home away from home

The home is nicely kept and cozy. It truly feel like home away from home. I was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen has everything you need to cook comfortably and the appliance are up to date. Y is a warm and sweet host, she will always check to make sure if you need anything to make your stay comfortable. My commute to OU Research Park parking garage was 10 minutes which was a dream for my 9 month contract. Other rooms consist of contract health professionals for OU or the other hospitals.

TLC RN Traveler

Y's space is fantastic if you are a Travel Medical Pro/Student working at OU Health or OU Children's hospitals. It is only a 9-11 drive away, right past the state capital buildings! Her space is VERY clean, VERY modern and seriously- Y takes care of you so well that you feel like it is home! The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and spacious. She keeps the house spotless too. The neighborhood is quiet and close to 235 and I44 also. Y provides a Keurig, lots of bathroom soft, clean towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, oodles of cleaning products, trash liners, etc. She even has COVID tests! LOL. I like to cook and the kitchen had all the supplies and cookware you'll need. Lastly, Y has a beautiful spirit and awesome personality and is funny and gives GREAT conversations if/when you so desire. Please take my word/review for it and stay/book with her if you have a OKC contract. You will not regret it!

Quiet, Clean, & Convenient

The property was very clean and modern. The owner had my room labeled with my name and a gift toiletry basket for my reception. This was a very nice touch as I had been traveling and working. Overall a very quiet stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the coffee bar and all the selections. Having a full kitchen was nice. I enjoyed the patio in the backyard. Downtown OKC is a 10 minute drive. I would highly recommend this property.

Work Travel

Travel nurse from California,. Loved the house. Immaculate, home, quiet and beautifully decorated, close to hospital. Owner was accommodating, and responsive. Would definitely stay again at this home away from home.

Comfortable stay. Like home!

What a gem of a property. As a travel nurse I needed a close, safe and comfortable place. This property fulfilled all of this. The Owner was amazing as well. Definitely recommend!
