This is a street view of Thayer Ave taken from Google Maps, facing south towards Missouri Ave. This pic illustrates the tree lined nature of the street, which is true for most of the streets in the neighborhood...which adds to the neighborhood's charm and aesthetics.

The home itself, which the owners have converted into a 3-unit triplex, is largely hidden from view behind this large tree. My place is the only upstairs unit of the 3, and there is a private entry into the apartment if you walk down the driveway and then go up about 12 stairs to get to my front entry. Also, at the back of the parking lot is your dedicated parking space.

Great experience

I had a great experience renting from Patrick Rishe. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my tenancy. Whenever I had a question, needed assistance, or wanted clarification about something, Patrick was quick to respond and easy to work with. He made the entire rental experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet, making it a very comfortable place to live. The laundry facilities were excellent, and having access to a reliable washing machine was a huge convenience. The location was also fantastic. Being able to walk to the Westfield Century City mall was one of my favorite parts of living there, with shopping, restaurants, groceries, and everyday essentials just minutes away. The apartment felt close to everything while still being peaceful and relaxing. I would gladly rent from Patrick again and would highly recommend both him and the apartment to anyone looking for a well-maintained home in a great location.

Extremely safe and central to everything

We had a great experience staying here! It was walking distance to the century city mall and the clinic. Neighborhood was great for walking and super safe + quiet. It was also so nice to have dedicated off street parking that was safe as well. The apartment is very spacious with a nice desk by the windows to work or study. Patrick was quick to resolve any issues we had. In unit laundry worked super well! Easy and seamless check in / check out.

Definitely recommend !!

Patrick was super friendly & attentive before, during, & after our stay with him. Moving in was seamless & Patrick was very commutative throughout our time in LA. The location was a 10/10, especially to our jobs at UCLA. The apartment was spacious, neighborhood was quiet, and we were super comfortable staying there. Definitely recommend this place & working with Patrick :)

Great place

Patrick was a pleasure to work with, and his Century City apartment was ideal for our needs. The apartment is located on a tree-lined street, a safe neighborhood, and the apartment itself was considerably more spacious for the money than any other options we could have found in West LA. Patrick went above-and-beyond to make our transition into his apartment as smooth as possible, providing dining and entertainment tips nearby and just generally being a good person to work with. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking short-term housing in West LA.

Great location and host!

I recently rented this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment for a 6-month stay in LA, and it's been an outstanding experience. The location is unbeatablewithin walking distance to Century City Mall, great restaurants, and a variety of shops, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and serene which I really valued. The apartment itself is well-equipped and maintained with important amenities (in unit w/d which is somewhat rare for apartments in this area) and assigned parking which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I subleased this unit from Patrick, who has been fantasticprompt, reliable, and consistent with his communication, making the entire process seamless and worry-free. I would highly recommend staying here; it has truly felt like a home away from home over these past six months.
