Upper UP house

I really enjoyed staying at this property during my travel assignment in Tacoma. Its a short commute to Tacoma General and is located in a very safe neighborhood. My roommates have all been awesome and have become good friends. Mai was also great about responding to any questions/needs. Id definitely recommend this property to fellow healthcare traveler.

P and M are absolutely amazing. You will not regret renting from them. They will always be there for you for whatever you may need. I would highly recommend renting from them!

I stayed in the UP house downstairs apartment for a travel contract - one of the best places Ive rented from FF! Location is perfect (15 mins to St. Clare, 15 to Tacoma General) & the neighborhood is very safe. Was able to go on walks/jogs alone in the evening without feeling nervous - huge win in my book. The apartment itself is large, clean, quiet & relaxing. Excellent communication by/with the owners! Would stay here again!

Lovely

Loved living here in the Tacoma house. In such a nice neighborhood with families and nice residents. Great location to be close to most places in Tacoma. Landlords are helpful, responsive, kind, and reliable! Only moved because of work!

Amazing stay

As a travel nurse, I stayed with the Cappaert's for just about 4 months. The house is just as pictured, very modern and super clean. The bed was very comfortable, I had no issues sleeping. M and P have been very attentive & professional. Anything I have needed they got immediately without questions. I fell in love with their dogs Delta and Bentley. Being a person that doesn't live with pets they were very easy to get use to and quickly turned into the absolute highlight of my days after coming home from work to their happy faces. As a single female traveler I always felt safe here and at home. Definitely recommend their house. 10/10

RV property

My spouse and I rented the RV option from P and M for just about a year. They have been amazing from day one. It was both our first travel contract and our first experience renting a place on furnished finder. The owners were quick to respond and alleviate any concerns that we had. The RV is brand new and a welcome sight after a shift at work. We have never used an RV prior but are walking away impressed. There is a 30-amp outlet that allowed us to charge our EV while parked. The location in University Place is convenient, close to TGH and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are so fortunate to have found this location and can only hope our future rental experiences are the same. Big big thanks,

Beautiful Space

Property is in a beautiful neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, public library etc. 5 min away. The yard is well kept and blossoming come spring time! Inside is spacious, clean, and allows for natural light. I stayed on the second floor that had its own kitchen and washer/dryer. The owners are very kind, responsive, and flexible allowing month-to-month contracts. Great place for any Traveler!

Absolutely loved renting from this couple. They are very respectful, kind, and hardworking. They put a lot of effort into maintaining and improving the space. If anything breaks they are on it. Renting a room from these two was one of the best choices I could have made. 10/10 would reccomend!
