Country Setting-Safe Neighborhood- 1 mile to Sutter Hospital

Review

Lovely place to stay. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for an extended stay, including a well stocked kitchen. Ideal location in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to hospitals, shopping, and surrounding Sonoma county. The owners are very welcoming and pet friendly. They truly want you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. Olive, the owner's lab, is an added plus!

Best place to stay in Santa Rosa

I am not exaggerating when I say this is THE best place to stay as a traveler. Not only is it close to everything, but the property itself is so homey and beautiful. The hosts have gone above and beyond to ensure everything is comfortable. They clearly spent much time making sure this would be a place they themselves would want to live in. They are kind people who made us feel right at home. They were not just hosts but friends to us. Thank you guys for such a lovely stay- we hope to be back!

Great long term stay. Quite, safe and awesome owners!

I stayed at this property for little over a month. It has everything one needs and more. The owners and family were more than welcoming and made every attempt to make my stay as easy as possible. The owners made themselves available at any time and handled any issues that arose. The unit was safe and secure, M and B and family always respected my privacy and work schedule. This unit is ideal for anyone working remotely or traveling for work. I would 100% recommend and would stay here again if working in the area!

Great rental location, quiet and cozy!

This is a great furnished location with many amenities. Washer and Dryer, Air conditioning ,etc. This is a very quiet and wooded neighbored that is a little north of town. The landlords are welcoming people and are great to live next to!

Charming Granny Unit Review

I stayed almost seven months in this quiet and charming granny unit. It is a full-sized apartment that is move-in ready. Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking tools and basic essentials. The apartment is ideally located close to a shopping market, restaurants, major highways and the airport. The landlords, M and B, are beyond accommodating and always accessible via text. They were very respectful of my night-shift schedule, which is very hard to find. M and B went out of their way to make sure my dog and I were comfortable and had everything from cleaning supplies to fresh water filters every few months. If given the opportunity I would definitely rent from them again. I cant recommend this property enough!
