Historic Downtown Charm

A true gem!

I was lucky to find this property on my search for apartments last year when I was considering a move to Charlotte for work. D and C are tremendous owners and made the last year a terrific experience. This apartment is amazing with tons of character from built in cabinets to hardwood floors and incredibly high ceilings. It was the perfect solution for me - fully furnished and a true turnkey situation where all I needed to bring was my clothes and personal items. The location was ideal with quick access to the University area and Uptown Charlotte. The neighborhood, situated in the historic section of Concord, offered a respite from the weekly commute and plenty of opportunities to stroll along tree-lined streets and meet kind neighbors. It was a perfect home away from home!!

Best appartment in Concord

Beautiful apartment in a historic home near downtown Concord. House was originally a duplex, the owners took the top floor of the duplex and walled off the staircase to create the perfect private one bedroom apartment down below. Recently remodeled, fantastically furnished and in a quiet location its a great place to stay on the outskirts of Charlotte. The owners are wonderful; one of the owners was a travel nurse for many years and is understanding of the life style and challenges that come along with it. In addition to the owners, the neighborhood itself is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommended staying here for anyone who is looking for a place in the Charlotte area.

Stayed here while on contract at a local hospital. Was a lovely house and neighborhood. The hosts, C and D are very helpful and welcoming. A great place to stay with great character and charm.
