An extremely safe and quiet neighborhood. A very nice room, with it's own bathroom, a shared kitchen and washer/dryer. The views from the deck are incredible, and great hiking in the neighborhood and nearby. The entrance to the neighborhood has guards to only allow residents or approved guests.
Also, a private setup downstairs.

This is an awesome location in an amazing neighborhood!! Beautiful views!! Love how it is in the foothills! Very quiet safe area! I highly recommend this place!!

Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Colorado spring and its environs who wants to enjoy staying near beautiful sceneries. I stayed at this property while attending to my assignment as a travel nurse. The property is located in a very safe neighborhood, quiet, and with a very spacious parking space. The property owners are very friendly, communicative and very understanding. I promise you will feel at home during the time you will spend at this place-large spacious house.
