Convenient

My cat and I stayed here while our house was being renovated and found it very convenient to everything I wanted and needed around Denver. The large washer and dryer were great. Kristin & Ben were super nice and accommodating. It is a basement apartment, so ceilings are lowbut not a problem. Ive never used an induction cooktop, but once I got used it, making meals was doable. I was there during the summer and staying cool was no problem at all.

Amazing place to stay!

Living here has been wonderful. I highly recommend. The location is perfect! Walkable to Wash Park, Whole Foods, local coffee shops, lively Broadway and the Pearl St. Farmers Market/ shops. Right off I-25 too so perfect for getting around Colorado. Safe & beautiful neighborhood, this place will be your home away from home. The landlords are lovely: responsive, respectful and kind. The studio has everything you will need, updated & clean. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, linens, spacious closet and bathroom. Even an electric fire place which adds to the charm of this cozy space. I stayed here in the summer and winter months. The unit stayed cool throughout the summer and warm throughout the winter.

Cute, Cozy and Comfortable

This cute 1 bedroom was extremely bright and had lots of natural light for being a basement unit; everything was extremely clean and updated- bathroom was gorgeous with brand new shower and vanity (my favorite part). Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of storage. Bed was comfortable. K and B were more than accommodating whenever something needed fixing (small things like the toilet paper holder) and very approachable, easy to reach, communicative and kind! Highly recommend for your next stay in Denver!
