Nice stay
We had a very nice stay here! No noisy neighbors as many places have, a very clean, updated and cozy place to come back to and relax after work. The only issue we had was very small and Ariel sent his guys out and took care of it within an hour. Thanks Ariel!

Awesome stay!
Nice 2BR, 1Ba. Clean and comfortable. Spacious parking in the back so you dont have to worry about your car on the narrow street out front. Would stay here again

Great Stay!
My roommate and I are travel nurses and rented this place together. We had an excellent experience, the kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. Very cozy living room. Overall the place was very clean, nice, and spacious. Very close to Irvington neighborhood with many good restaurants and 5 minutes from Kroger. Close to downtown and 11 minutes from the hospital I was working at. We enjoyed our time here and the owner was exceptionally easy to work with and very responsive. Met two neighbors who were nice. Another renter does rent out the part of the house above but has their own entrance area. Overall 5 stars.
