I really enjoyed my stay at Belle Terrace Manor. Karen was very attentive of my needs as well as my privacy. It was my home away from home for the 10 months I was on assignment there. Shout out to Ellen as well for her help around the house.

Travel Nursing Stay

I stayed at this property for a travel nurse contract at Shane's Hospital in Gainesville. The house is only a 10 minute drive to the hospital which makes it very convenient to stay. Karen is a wonderful host who is always looking out for any of your needs. The house and room provided were amazing! Karen schedules a cleaning lady every Tuesday to come by and clean your room and bathroom. Everything is provided from towels to kitchen supplies and you also get your own refrigerator! Karen is very nice and responds to message very fast. I would stay here again in the future!

Lovely place to stay

The property and surrounding grounds are immaculately well kept, and the host, Karen, is lovely and caring. Complementary weekly cleaning services makes Belle Terre Manor feel like a home away from home. Every guest has access to countless kitchen appliances and a private fridge. I could not recommend staying here more.

Warm and Welcoming Stay in a Cozy Home

I had an excellent experience renting a room in Karens home. From the start, she made me feel welcome and provided a comfortable, clean, and peaceful environment. The home is well-maintained, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Karen is a wonderful host, always willing to help and genuinely kind. I appreciated her hospitality and the cozy atmosphere of the house. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly place to stay!

lovely property on a quiet street and well run by the owner. Very comfortable bed which is important to me! Spacious room also with lots of storage. The other 3 rooms were also occupied but we were never in each other's way. Would stay here again!!

First lets talk about the owner K, what a gracious hostess, ever helpful and caring. She goes out of her way to make everyone happy and welcome. The home and grounds are immaculate. Plenty of room for everyone without invading ones private time. So close to everything and more. I would highly recommend Belle Terre Manor, and if my contract had been extended I would still be there. Thank you Karen for your hospitality. C

Lovely home, lovely host.

Where do I begin? K and her lovely home exceeded my expectations almost immediately. It is clean, quiet, safe and most welcoming. The room has everything you need and the adjustable bed is a great touch. K is so kind and a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

This home is such a beautiful, clean and safe place to stay. K is a great host and really does her best to make sure you are comfortable! I love how I don't have to worry about cleaning when I come home since it is taken care of. Working nights I wanted to make sure I had a quiet place to stay and I have never had an issue with noise. Its a great environment being around other nurses and you will be treated like family!

Beautiful, warm and safe place

Belle Terre is a warm, clean and inviting place to stay. The outside of the house is beautiful and the inside is comfortable. I feel at home from home. The owner is a pleasant and respectable person, who treats me like family. Overall I feel safe at Belle Terre. I would recommend Belle Terre if you are looking for a quiet , well maintained, clean , safe and comfortable place to stay.

It felt like home.

From the first day we began staying Belle Terre we were made to feel at home. It is very clean, quiet and relaxing. The property and landscape is beautifully maintained and is a great place to walk or sit and think. The host is very caring and was a pleasure to be around. I will definitely be returning if I am ever in the area for work again!

Very clean, it's like living with your mother, rules, very safe place to live, close to hospital and shopping.

Peaceful

Since my first night here, I have felt nothing but safe and at home. It's a beautiful, peaceful property, quiet and comfortable. Cleaning and fresh towels/linen is done weekly, which is so important to me. You can tell the property owners take pride in what they offer, as it's all top quality products and they make you feel like family. I love being able to stay in a house with other nurses and have people to talk to when I get home from work or on my days off. It's centrally located and I've even been able to work from home. I have an office nursing job and the Wi-Fi is strong enough to support private patient visits as well as Teams meetings, messages, and charting. I would highly recommend to all and I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area again!

Above and beyond expectations for travel nurse housing

I can't say enough good things about this property! It is clean, beautiful, quiet, and a perfect place to truly get some rest between shifts. It is exceptionally well kept, and not having to worry about maintaining a home while working is priceless. The grounds are beautiful to get some fresh air and sunshine on days off. Everything is well organized, with plenty of room for storage, and well stocked for cooking needs, too. I felt very safe with the security measures in place, and K was an excellent communicator about local events, traffic delays, etc. It was an incredible experience as a travel nurse and I highly recommend!

Memories made for a Lifetime

This property is nestled in the center of Beautiful Gainesville. A lot of great huge well manicured lawns, and very safe to walk the area. It is only a few minutes away from both Local main Hospitals and a Big walk in Mall. My room was so quaint and decorated with vintage furniture but with today's comfort added to it. I was able to sit and watch TV in a very comfortable remote controlled adjustable bed. Belle Terra is a jewel of a Property, with very comfortable, clean areas to sit and listen to music or just read a book, or meditate. The Landlord and her Mom, are two of the most amazing hosts I've ever met. The matriarch of the house was a WWII ex nurse and she had some unbelievable but true stories to tell. I will miss being at Belle Terre Manor.
