Great location, modern, and cozy place! I have nothing but great things to say about the place. The place comes equipped with necessary essentials. N is a reliable, organized, and polite landlord. He gave me some food during the holidays which was very thoughtful. Any issues or concerns during my stay were addressed in a timely manner. If I was to come back to OKC for another contract, I would definitely contact N again. Overall, this place made me feel at home!

Great location, wonderful neighborhood!

This is such a great place to stay. And N is the most thoughtful landlord! He would bring me fresh vegetables from his garden. The unit has everything you need. Its very clean, modern, and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with two parks nearby. I walked in the neighborhood at least twice a day, as early as 4:30 am as a single female, and never felt unsafe. He inspected the unit and refunded my deposit promptly after move out. Cannot say enough good things. I wish I could pick this place up and take it to my next assignment!

N did an amazing job renovating this property! From the color scheme of cool, relaxing grays with beautiful bright pops of color to the small thoughtful additions like blackout blinds & yoga mats. And that bathroom! This has been my favorite rental by far! N was immediately responsive to any requests or problems I encountered & overall, a fantastic landlord. Plus, his sweet dog would check in on me in the mornings for a brief visit & some love. I wish all my rental experiences were like this one!
